U12SetupV120a.exe: This is the legacy software installation for the LabJack U12. The directory and file structure has been changed since V1.17, so LabJack U12 software V1.17 or lower should be uninstalled first. If you are not sure what version you currently have installed, run LJtest and see if it reports driver version 1.17 or lower. LabJackUD does not support the U12, so this U12 specific driver should still be used. Linux: LabJack U12 drivers for Linux kernel v2.4 and v2.6. These do not have the full functionality of the Windows drivers, and we do not claim to fully support Linux. LJMATLAB: LabJack U12 drivers for MATLAB. Developed and tested on MATLAB 6.1. This download allows data acquisition and control in MATLAB using the LabJack U12. Requires the normal LabJack U12 Legacy DLL which is installed by one of the software distributions above. 4/22/2004, 750 KB. For MATLAB 5, replace the DLLs from the main download (LJMATLAB), with LJMATLAB5, 4/6/2004, 554 KB). NOTE: MATLAB 6.5 and higher now supports direct DLL calls, so special drivers are not required, but a special header is needed to use some functions (more info).

Win98sehid.zip: A few people have had an installation problem with the LabJack U12 on Windows 98 Second Edition (LJtest passes the first few tests and fails the rest). It appears that it is possible for Win98SE to have the first edition USB drivers installed. Download this zip, and read the readme.txt file contained within. GP_VB6_DirectDLL_U12: User Submitted. Well documented VB6 examples that use the direct DLL method to call U12 functions. DAQFactory: DAQFactory is a commercial software package from Azeotech, which allows non-programmers to create custom applications. The LabJack U12 is heavily supported by DAQFactory.
